Using Molly Mail

Reading Molly Mail:

Once you are done reading this you will be a professional Molly Mailer.

To view all current Molly Mail simply Logon to the site.

Click on Create/View Molly Mail

You will see a list of all the Molly Mail which has been sent out. The latest Molly Mail is always at the top by default.

To see the details of the message just click on the title.

Replying to Molly Mail:

There are now 2 ways to respond to Molly Mail from the website Public and Private.

Public:
Using this method will place your answer on the board for all time. This is a good way to post answers to general questions that might be helpful to the community, e.g. an answer to what area activities would be interesting to a visiting grandchild.

To reply so that your message is saved for others to see click POST A REPLY It is located above and below the Molly Mail message you are reading. Type your message and click submit, you may also preview your message before submitting.

Private:
A private reply is one that just goes to the person who created the Molly Mail.

To send a private reply to the message creator you will click on the EMAIL icon. This is located to the right of the Molly Mail message under the users name. It looks like an envelope.

You can control how other members can contact you by updating your Board Preferences in your User Control Panel.

Creating a Molly Mail:

When you want to send/post a Molly Mail

From the Board Index click CREATE/VIEW MOLLY MAIL.

You will see the list of all the current Molly Mail messages.

Click on NEW TOPIC, it is located above and below the list of current Molly Mail's.

Enter a SUBJECT, and some CONTENT.
You may UPLOAD a photo or other document to share
Use Smiley's if you wish
PREVIEW or SUBMIT

It's that easy to send a Molly Mail. Once you click submit all users who are subscribed will receive the message.
